Honoring Gauri, Inspiring a Purpose
In 2022, former banker Jayshankar Purohit embarked on a journey far removed from boardrooms and balance sheets. Driven by love and gratitude for his beloved cow, Gauri, he left his career to pursue a deeper calling: preserving the purity of traditional dairy nutrition. Alongside his brother and Co-Founder, Gautam Purohit, Jayshankar established Kisna Milky Farms in Ghasa Village, Udaipur, Rajasthan—where their family has been nurturing dairy for over three decades.

Roots in Rajasthan, Heart in Tradition
Nestled amid Rajasthan’s rolling fields, Ghasa Village is more than our birthplace—it’s the wellspring of our values. Here, each cow is part of our family, and every drop of milk carries generations of knowledge. We’re committed to upholding the time-honored Bilona method, hand-churning curd into ghee in small batches to preserve its sacred qualities and natural health benefits.
